We are looking for a dedicated, detailed and eager individual to join us as a HR Recruitment Executive. You will be part of a driven and ambitious team, and be responsible for attracting the best talent to SearchAsia!

Things you will look forward to doing:

  • Take charge of recruitment efforts for both consultant and internship positions
  • Plan the full recruitment cycle from end to end across all areas and disciplines
  • Refine current recruitment processes
  • Develop innovative methods and utilise technology to hire the best candidates from trending platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups and associations, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Make sure that SearchAsia's brand on-campus and in the marketplace remains competitive, as well as continuing to serve as a ‘brand ambassador’ both internally and externally 
  • Create robust recruitment processes and drive talent sourcing activities to ensure positive experience for candidates
