Reinsurance Broking Assistant / Broking Executive (Attractive Salary + 5-Day Work Week)

Assist the Team on the Processing, Booking and Administration of all Reinsurance accounts and related matters:

-          Create new Client / Reinsurer using New Client Account Form

-          Create new Original Insured – send request to Peggy to create in eGlobal

-          Print all bound slips, endorsements, correspondences and file in arch file / yellow folder

-          Save all email attachments in the shared folder 

-          Update the account in Reinsurance Renew List spreadsheet

-          Prepare Cover Note

-          Pass file to handling broker for completion of Firm Order Memo

-          Prepare Firm Order Memo

-          Check and verify Client’s closing / binder

 

Requirements

  • Relevant experience
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills 

 

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and working experience.
