The Job
The Community Manager will play a huge role in supporting the Company's ecosystem activities, assisting the development and execution of programmes, and engaging the Company's community of stakeholders. You will have the freedom to run community engagement activities and events that will benefit the Company and the startup ecosystem.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining good relationship with the community of startups.
  • Connecting with local organisations and attending networking events to promote brand awareness and identify potential partners and clients.
  • Setting, planning and implementing social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
  • Providing engaging content for social media and personal (and professional) accounts.
  • Responding to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting feedback, online reviews and enquiries.
  • Organising and managing events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing and Ops team on ongoing campaigns and events.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders.

 

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience ideally in a Community Management or Digital Marketing role ideally in a start-up environment
  • You are experienced in planning and leading community initiatives.
  • Prior knowledge in VCs/accelerators/corporate innovation is a plus.
  • You are familiar with hackathons and are up-to-date on digital technology trends.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
