A solidly established, born in Singapore creative agency is expanding its Account Servicing team. 

With work centred around creative integrated campaigns (it’s 2019, what is not integrated), traits candidates MUST have are flexibility, adaptability & an ability to roll with shifting demands to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for client counsel & relationship management

• Set & maintain project schedules & deliverables; responsibility for quality & compliance of output 

• Ensure the smooth on-boarding of new clients

• Active & key role in presentations/ new pitches

• Build strategic operational plans & participate in generation of fresh ideas/ processes/ campaigns

• Manage & optimise relations both internally & with partners & vendors 

• Keep the atmosphere upbeat & go get ‘em!

Requirements:

• Seamless familiarity with work flow - At least 2 years of relevant experience either in an agency or in-house environment (have dealt with external creative agencies)

• A diploma or degree in Mass Communications or Marketing is very much welcomed

• Highlight any experience managing government accounts

• Knowledge of sales/ business development & video production is not necessary, breathe ;)
