Responsibilities and Duties:  

• Responsible for efficient day to day supervision of clinic staff and operations; 
• Developing and maintaining an effective organisational structure and providing organisation direction
• Supervising, conducting training and providing guidance based on established practices to ensure they are capable of performing their duties;
• Recruiting staff: this includes developing job descriptions and person specification, preparing job advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;  Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;  Undertaking regular supervision, appraisals and salary reviews; 
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records; Tracking timesheets and scheduling and coordinating of staff for all leaves;
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures with the guidance of the director
• Overseeing and maintaining up to date patients files and records; 
• Dealing with patients’ grievances and complaints with the guidance of the Director; 
• Managing medical supply inventory and stationery inventory;
• Providing patients/clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress;
• Collaborate with staff to develop and track outcome measures and provide the data regarding clinic activities;  
• Collaborate with the staff to adhere to protocols for patient care and follow­up; 

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree 
• Must possess strong creative, strategic, organisational skills 
• Must be self­motivated and be able to work independently 
• Must be able and willing to work Saturdays and some evenings  Must be reliable and able to commit to a long term employment   
• Must be able to multi­task and perform in a fast paced environment
