Work Location: West
 

• Manage day to day facilities operation activities for appointed projects
• Schedule prevent maintenance for the facilities within the building
• Liaise and supervise contractors on pest control, horticulture, security issues
• Investigate on any faults and determine the cause to avoid any occurrence in the future
• Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Facilities Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities management activities
• Possess valid FSM Cert
• Can work under tight deadline and independently
