  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Location: Central/ West Area
  • Basic Salary: Up to $2600


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the assigned internal customer accounts
  • Ensure orders are processed and reports are submitted to internal accounts
  • Liaise with customers on shipment issues
  • Investigate root-cause of incidents/service failures and make recommendation for improvements
  • Initiate cycle counts as per schedule
  • Analyse KPI results and provide suggestions to improve the service level


Job Requirements:

  • Min. Dip in Logistics, Business or any related discipline
  • At least 1 years of experience in the Shipping/Logistics Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
