Our client, in the healthcare industry, is looking for an incumbent to join their IT Team as an IT Executive to provide helpdesk support and conduct user trainings.

Job Responsibilities:

To provide training to end users
To review and update IT training materials
Attend to calls and emails from ends users
Handle process improvement projects related to IT Helpdesk Department

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience of relevant experience
