Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest services to all internal and external guest in all aspects of job descriptions
  • Lead a team to provide guest services to the guests at Gantry
  • Provide guidance and leadership for the Gantry team
  • Apply good initiative and communication skills to ensure that all guests’ feedbacks are resolved in an amicable manner
  • Ensure that the Gantry Zone is well managed and runs smoothly both daily and during special events

 

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma qualification or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory role
  • Computer Literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Confident in Handling Cash
  • Good communication skills and comfortable in frontline duties
  • Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to write clear, concise and informative reports
  • Ability to converse in a third language will be an advantage
