Job Description

Hull/Structural Inspector

  • Possess certified welding inspector certificate, i.e. CSWIP, AWS, etc.
  • At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
  • Possess adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships, offshore platforms, renewable energy and ED standard
  • Possess essential knowledge in Non-destructive Testing Methods and conversant with code requirements is preferable
  • Experience in tank cleanness inspection, air test inspection, and hydro test inspection
  • Possess good negotiation skill, communication & organizational skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Piping Inspector

 

  • Well versed with piping standard, i.e. ASME and API
  • Knowledgeable of pipe fitting types, functions and standards
  • At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
  • Possess adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships, offshore platforms, renewable energy and ED standard
  • Possess essential knowledge in Non-destructive Testing Methods and conversant with code requirements is preferable
  • Experience in piping fit up inspection, visual inspection, line check, flushing inspection and reinstatement inspection
  • Experience in piping hydro test and compiling piping MC status
  • Possess good negotiation skill, communication & organizational skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Mechanical Inspector

  • Able to interpret equipment installation and operation manual requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
  • Possess adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships, offshore platforms, renewable energy and ED standard
  • Possess essential knowledge in Non-destructive Testing Methods and conversant with code requirements is preferable
  • Experience in equipment tie down inspection and DC control requirement
  • Experience in compiling MC status for equipment
  • Possess good negotiation skill, communication & organizational skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

E&I Inspector

  • Able to interpret electrical equipment/panel installation and operation manual requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant Quality Assurance working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry
  • Possess adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships, offshore platforms, renewable energy and ED standard
  • Experience in equipment tie down and cable tie down and termination inspection
  • Experience in compiling EC status
  • Experience in all type of cable tests, i.e. insulation test, continuity test, and high voltage test.
  • Experience in EX or an EX inspector certificate is preferable
  • Possess good negotiation skill, communication & organizational skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

NDT inspector

  • Possess valid CSWIP, PCN level 2 certificates or equivalents in UT/MPI/PT
  • At least 3 years of relevant NDT inspection working experience, preferably in the offshore and marine industry. Hands on experience is a must.
  • Possess adequate technical knowledge of rigs, ships, offshore platforms, renewable energy and ED standard
  • Ability to draft NDT scanning sketches and preparing inspection report is a must
  • Experience in compiling NDT inspection status (in length/location) against approved NDT test plan
  • Possess good negotiation skill, communication & organizational skill
  • Able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
