About the Management Associate Program

This Management Associate Program provides an unparalleled opportunity for highly entrepreneurial, passionate and ambitious young graduates with the heart to revolutionize parents’ experience in their search for a qualified tutor and mentor. Over the span of 2 years, you will experience accelerated learning with maximum exposure and depth in every aspect of our business, including but not limited to Customer Service, Marketing and Management. Everything we do at Mindworks is only with one goal in mind – to serve customers better. Through this program, you will be given the opportunity to not only deepen your domain knowledge acquired from school, but also navigate through real hands-on day-to-day business challenges and projects to develop and fine-tune your leadership and management skills with coaching from mentors. Candidates who have successfully graduated from the program will be offered a managerial post at Mindworks as well as an increment.

The programme is open to graduates from all disciplines – we place a strong emphasis on your overall potential.

Salary:

University Graduate

• $2500-3500/month

Polytechnic Gradautes

• Working Hours: 5.5 days
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5 pm
• Saturday or Sunday 9am – 1pm / 1pm -5pm
