Manager, HR Admin

Responsibilities : - 

Develops, review, propose strategies and processes in talent acquisition, compliance, employer brand, HRIS systems such as performance, recruitment management systems etc. are in line with business needs

Ensure effective administration works in accordance to the regulations of the respective home/hosting country such as Visa applications, passes and contracting for expats / employees require travelling

Support company’s human factor through identifying overseas training and development needs etc.

Serve as the point of contact for all employment relations and compliances to labour laws internationally

Plan and coordinate overseas HR related in procedures, systems and devise ways to streamline processes

Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Responsible for overseas employee relation by providing equate counselling, motivation and disciplinary

Work collaboratively cross functionally, executive management, line managers, respective country HR team, and overseas stakeholders in building a culture of excellence environment, practices and new innovations

Facilitate organizational structure/ design discussions, roll out management philosophy / corporate goals

Maintain, improvise towards high-quality central global HR function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools, including the use of metrics and

people data to inform stakeholders of key decisions

Lead development and execution of employee engagement, retention strategies, plans, and initiatives

Including design and implementation of training, mentoring, development and succession plans etc.

Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, effective, productive and high performance

Develops and monitors global annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams support, company events, benefits and entitlement etc.

Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers,

insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources

Conducts continuing studies of global HR policies, programs and practices keeping management informed of new developments

Establishes country HR measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals

Design and delegates periodic / monthly reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

Negotiation and contracting for overseas expats, stakeholders, overseas consultant etc.

Any other ad-hoc activities tasked by the Group CEO / HOD / Business Advisor 

 

Requirements : -

Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor-Degree in HR Management/ Human Capital Development / Business Management or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years working experience at same capacity performing international HR related matters

Experience in manufacture industry and past work experience in MNC will be advantageous.

Preferred to have experience in managing multiple factory HR Admin

Excellent communication, possess strategic thinking, ability to make effective decision, co-ordinates effectively with overseas stakeholders

Able to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accurately

Travelling as and when required / tasked by Group CEO / HOD

Outgoing and possess “Can Do” attitude with good inter-personal skills
