The Job

As a Business Development Executive, you will be developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, as well as identifying opportunities through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. 
Your responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, as well as upselling and cross-selling within the existing clients to maximise the share of wallet.
  • Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/Key Account Management role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment, Consulting and Social Media & Ad Tech industry.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
  • You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales and Direct Sales.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You have strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You thrive in fast-paced and changing environments.
