  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR, i.e. recruitment process, onboarding and offboarding, performance review, salary review, etc.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes
  •  Facilitate performance appraisal reviews
  • Responsible for employee relations, staff disciplinary matters, provide advice and counseling on staff related issues
  • Performing payroll matters, CPF, tax filling and submitting government claims
  • Handle and review employee related insurance
  • Monitoring staffs attendance and act on corrective measures
  • Checking staffs’ claims
  • Preparing official written letter and announcement
  •  Keeping proper records of employees’ personal files
  •  Review service contract and liaise with third parties
  • Responsible for ensuring all administrative activities are in place to facilitate the smooth running of the office
  • Maintaining & ordering office supplies necessities
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management / HQ

General Administrative 

  • Oversea and ensure smooth operation of the GA function, which include expatriate management (work pass application,accommodation, company car , and taxation.)
  • Office lease renewal 
  • Building and office maintenance (liaise with building management office) 
  • Contract renewals
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of a new materail with attention to budgetary contraints.
  • Oversee Facilities services, maintenance activities and trade persion (ie, electrician) 
  • Supervise other office activities (Eg Renvoation, office shifting) 

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

(Typical minimum requirements for this position)

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field
  • At least 10years in HR and/or General Affairs
  • Good all rounder
  • Knowledgeable and understand operations in HR and General Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Legislation (MOM, CPF, IRAS etc.)
  • Basic finance/accounting knowledge and experience in diverse departmental functions will be an advantage
  • Good interaction with people from diverse background
  • Able to communicate concepts and ideas well
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand and improve company work environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to peers and juniors
  • Microsoft Office
  • Working language in English, Mandarin and Japanese
  • Able to bridge Japanese business culture and Singapore working style
  • Experience in Japanese manufacturing industry, especially in Regional HQ operations preferred

location: Robinson road 

Bonus: 1 month AWS + VB (Depending on company's performance) 

Working hours: 830am - 530pm (Monday to friday)
