  1. Support Business Development Strategies and Initiatives
  2. Work with Marketing Team to develop retail products marketing plan (include E-Store and In-Store marketing for retail products)
  3. Implement and manage E-commerce projects
  4. Support and execute the development of new products and maximize the retail reach of our products
  5. Manage marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products and distribution to improve profitability and sales for both retail and food service
  6. Plan and implement initiatives to grow market share and increase brand awareness
  7. Conduct market research and analysis of products, competitors and customers
  8. Generate relevant reports to track and update management on the effectiveness of marketing activity
  9. Implement and track response of marketing strategies by working closely with sales team and strategic stakeholders
  10. Assist in projects and other related duties
