The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport, which spearheads land transport developments in Singapore. As the agency responsible for planning, designing, building and maintaining Singapore’s land transport infrastructure and systems, we aim to bring about a greener and more inclusive public transport system, complemented by convenient options to walk and cycle from their homes or to their destinations. Engineer, Road Infrastructure Assets

You will assist in the maintenance planning for road infrastructure assets (roads, expressways, tunnels, bridges and road related facilities). The scope includes:

  • Managing the daily operation and maintenance of road infrastructure assets
  • Coordinating with both internal and external parties on all works affecting road infrastructure assets
  • Preparation of tender specifications and tender calling / evaluation
  • Formulating and reviewing workflows, guidelines and practices on road / bridge related maintenance matters
  • Handling public feedback, and
  • Managing work progress and cash flow


  • Tertiary qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Relevant experience in the following will be an advantage: 
  • Bridge or road design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance
  • Material testing 
  • Handling public feedback
  • Good knowledge of common civil construction materials such as asphalt, reinforced concrete, steel etc. preferred
  • Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
