Manager / Assistant Manager (Performance and Operation Support Unit) - Contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and standardise the approach, governance and implementation design of systems
  • Drive the procurement of resources, gathering of requirements, and testing of systems towards successful implementation within timeline
  • Create onboarding roadmap and work with various ops departments to navigate rules/guidelines for system implementation
  • Coordinate change management initiatives to communicate the changes, benefits and goals of system implementation or enhancements
  • Manage various stakeholders (vendors and ops departments) in the designing of systems to meet the needs of the internal users, customers and organisation.

Required Attributes

  • Good tertiary qualification, preferably with relevant working experience
  • Data-oriented personality with strong analytical skills and ability to collect, organise, model and interpret data using statistical techniques and deliver key takeaways to Management
  • Resourceful and have a strong desire to learn, problem-solve, and explore effective solutions using methodological and logical approaches
  • Good leadership and administration experience
  • Good time management and project management skills, including ability to plan work and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Able to multi-task, work independently as an individual and effectively as a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
  • Possess data and digital literacy, preferably with experience with data visualisation tools, data mining tools and query languages (e.g. SQL)
