Manager/Assistant Manager (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for IT and services related procurement 
  • Understand user requirements and develop appropriate procurement strategies to achieve optimal procurement outcomes
  • Guide and support users pro-actively to execute procurement processes of market research, tendering, evaluation, award and contract management 
  • Perform analytics on procurement data to enhance compliance and drive improvements in the assigned spend categories
  • Engage stakeholders and users to drive procurement transformation and initiatives
  • Opportunities to work with management and team members on other assignments 

Our Requirements

  • Background in procurement related discipline, preferably with experience in handling tenders and contracting in the Public Sector
  • Fresh graduates with keen interest in procurement are welcome
  • Have experience or keen to learn and apply data analytics and digital technologies into work processes
  • Highly motivated and have strong teamwork skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • ​​​​​​​Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
