Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager (Management Accounting)

Job Responsibilities

  • Formulate and conduct continuous review of guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient and effective
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise the resource allocation in order to drive better decision making on the use of the resources
  • Establish and maintain a long-lasting strategic partnership with departments so as to understand and have knowledge of the business and operations
  • Manage and review of cost allocation to evaluate the efficiency of the different cost drivers
  • Use of technology and data analytics to aid management/departments in its decision-making processes
  • Oversee and lead to support the department’s strategic objectives in matters relating to budgeting, monitoring and variance and external costing
  • Take on ad hoc project from time to time.

Required Attributes

  • Preferably with relevant knowledge in Accountancy discipline or a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
  • Knowledge in SAP accounting system, costing and budgeting are preferred
  • 2 to 5 years' relevant working experience is preferred. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team player

All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
