Information Technology

IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.  The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

UX Copywriter

As a member of the Digital Services Department, the job holder will be responsible for producing content for digital and non-digital services and oversees content design to ensure consistency and quality. The job holder must love words and language, and is passionate about designing style, grammar, tone, and voice to meet user needs. Empathetic to user values and needs, and the ability to own your copy, communicate your process and present your work to others will be crucial.


  • Plan, write, edit, test and improve digital and non-digital content including interface language, education materials, feature names, navigational nomenclature and other content throughout the CPF experience
  • Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards, and evolve CPF's voice
  • Collaborate with UX researchers/designers to influence page layout, interactions, and visual design to create a consistent end-to-end experience
  • Developing processes for the UX writing practice


  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
  • Relevant experience writing/editing content across different content type (e.g. user interfaces, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails/letters, style guides etc)
  • Resilient to work under pressure
  • Passionate about creating experiences that fuse non-digital and digital through research, analytics, design and delivery
  • Sense of pride in presenting well-written, on-brand, error-free work.
  • A deep understanding of UX and how copy and design support each other is a bonus
  • Position will be on 3-year contract

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience.
