Our Client is formed as a total solution provider for home automation systems with in-house capability in conceptualize, design and implement a user friendly and cost effective home automation solution to individual customer based on their unique needs and requirement to assure the performance of the systems are maximized fully.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • To provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Work with principals to diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.
  • Collaborate for IOT Planning with Engineering Team in formulating the designs & planning.
  • Perform on-site and off site testing & commissioning for IOT device and service activations
  • Assist in the technical post sales of IoT services lead deals by our sales, solutions, product team.
  • Identify improvement needs of partners and provide targeted trainings.
  • Preparing appropriate and competitive system design, application, product selections, listing and offers/tenders preparation in response to RFQs.
  • Perform site visits, site guidance, systems testing & commissioning.
  • Perform in-depth competitive analysis, in particular major competitors’ offers and solutions.
  • Handling service call and quotation
  • Schedule repair/ maintenance jobs based on customer needs and contractual agreements
  • Able to handle and manage projects.
  • Time management of multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams
  • Other duties as directed by the Manager.

The Profile

  • Basic Electrical & Electronic Knowledge
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • Min. Qualification ITE/ Poly Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/IT Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge in Automation will be advantage
  • Inexperienced applicants are welcome to apply.
